1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the LeScenario website and platform (the “Platform”).

The Platform is a digital simulation, training, and assessment service for educational and professional use. Any use of the Platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Publisher and hosting

LeScenario is developed and operated by compuute.io · 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France · SIRET 883 862 369 00047 · contact@compuute.io. Legal representative: Emmanuel Guenou (the “Publisher”).

The Platform is hosted by compuute.io and/or technical providers selected by the Publisher, primarily located within the European Union.

3. Service description and limitations

LeScenario provides, in particular, interactive scenario-based simulations, AI-generated simulated interactions, educational or professional performance assessment, and analytics and feedback.

The Platform is designed for learning, practice, and assessment. It does not replace expertise, professional judgement, human review, or the procedures that apply within a user’s organisation.

  • It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or real-world clinical decision system.
  • It is not medical, pharmaceutical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
  • No real-world decision should be based solely on content generated by the Platform.

4. Access and licence

Access to the Platform may require creation of an account, acceptance of these Terms, and, where applicable, compliance with the terms agreed with the user’s institution.

The Publisher grants the customer and/or user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited licence to use the Platform, strictly subject to the applicable commercial agreement. This licence does not transfer any intellectual-property rights.

  • The Publisher may suspend or terminate access in the event of non-payment, breach of these Terms, improper or fraudulent use, or any other legitimate reason.
  • Users must keep their credentials confidential and use the Platform in accordance with the law, third-party rights, and their organisation’s rules.

5. Artificial intelligence

The Platform incorporates artificial-intelligence technologies that may generate automated content. That content may contain approximations, errors, bias, or inconsistencies.

Users remain responsible for critically reviewing, verifying, and using generated content. The Publisher does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a particular situation.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its source code, architecture, databases, interfaces, algorithms, and technical developments, is the property of compuute.io or its respective rightsholders.

Scenarios and educational content may belong to the Publisher, partner institutions, or their respective authors. Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction, copying, distribution, resale, or use is prohibited. No rights are implicitly assigned through use of the Platform.

7. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR, applicable French law, and our Privacy Policy. Depending on the contractual arrangement, the Publisher may act as controller or processor on behalf of a client institution.

Data is used to operate and secure the service, support users, conduct educational analysis and, where permitted by the applicable framework, produce anonymised studies. Requests relating to personal data may be sent to contact@compuute.io.

8. Liability

The Publisher endeavours to ensure the availability and security of the service. However, the service is provided “as is” and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for indirect damages. Its total liability, on any basis, is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer in the preceding twelve months. Users are solely responsible for their use of the Platform, decisions taken based on its content, and compliance with applicable regulations.

9. Term and changes

These Terms take effect upon acceptance and remain applicable while the account is active or the Platform is used. The Publisher may amend them at any time.

The applicable version is the one in force on the date of connection or, where a contract provides, the version communicated in accordance with the applicable contractual arrangements.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. In the event of a dispute concerning their validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution first.

If no amicable agreement is reached within a reasonable time, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal, subject to mandatory applicable rules.
